We keep this information strictly confidential and use your name and contact
information only in the following ways: (1) Orange Photography gives this information
to the vendor who will send you your order; and (2) Orange Photography uses
this information to send you updates and other information about Orange Photography
from time to time. If you would prefer not to receive these communications,
you can opt out by unchecking the option called "Notify me when my photo gallery
closes or other important information about your service" at the time of registration.
Cookies
Orange Photography uses a feature of your Web browser
called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Generally,
we use cookies to track users of the Orange Photography Sites, including photo
albums and the shopping areas. For example, when visiting the Orange Photography
Sites, we assign you a unique User ID and store it on your computer in the form
of a cookie (unless your browser's cookie support has been disabled). Through
the use of cookies, we are able to optimize the performance and functionality
of our site, and to personalize the Orange Photography Sites for you and present
you with content and offers specific to your interests.

Photographer Quote Request
To request a quote for a photographer, complete our online
form. The request for contact form
asks that you provide your name, phone number, location and date the event
will take place.
Information Sharing
We use an outside company to fulfill orders (EZ Prints). Your privacy is secure with our partners but is under the purview of their privacy policies: EZ Prints Privacy Policy.
Links to Other Sites
This site may contain links to other sites. Orange Photography is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites. We recommend that
you check the applicable privacy policy of any such other site before providing
personally identifiable information to it, as its privacy policy may differ
from ours.
Surveys and Contests
Occasionally, our site may request information from users via surveys or contests.
Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user
therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose the requested information.
Information requested may include contact information such as name, email and
shipping address, or information specific to the survey or contest conducted
by Orange Photography. Contact information disclosed via contests will be used
to notify the winners and award prizes and/or incentives. Contest and survey-generated
information will be used generally by Orange Photography to improve its product
and service offerings and monitor or enhance the operation of this site.

This Web site takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users' information, both online and offline.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(such as credit card number), that information
is encrypted and is protected through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom
of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes
locked. While we use SSL encryption and firewall technology to protect sensitive
information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information
off-line.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information
mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only authorized Orange Photography
staff members who need the information to perform a specific job are granted
access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, our employees are
kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are notified
and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can

Our Credit Card transactions are maintained by a company called VeriSign. All information sent to VeriSign is encrypted, which will protect it against disclosure to third parties. company and customer feedback. We encourage you to
